XF 1.3 View members' PCs

Is it possible to view members's PCs.

I know I could do this via the database, but I'm looking for an easy way, or via an addon.

NB: I wouldn't normally do this, but there are special circumstances as I think a scam may be taking place.

There's various different Login as User addons you can use, bare in mind that reading conversations which the member hasn't read yet would mark them as such, same goes for posts/alerts etc.
