Fixed View Counter for MP3/MP4 etc and Downloadname

It makes no sense to have a views counter for MP3/MP4 etc. that does not work anyway. Since the attachments are addressed directly. This only confuses and repeatedly leads to questions from users as to why the counter does not work.

So either remove it or make the views countable.

Also, the download name is not correct.
 
The view count displaying is fixed for the next release. But there's not really a feasible way to change the download file name. We serve videos and audio like this specifically because they wouldn't work loaded through the attachments route in the software. The internal filename we use for attachment uploads has to be in this format so it is deterministic and unique. So while this report will be marked as "fixed" for the first issue, the second issue would be a "Can't fix".
 
Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.2.9).

Do not display view count for directly viewed attachments (video and audio).
