MG 1.1 Video Thumbnails Issue

When I click into an uploaded video link, I get a beautiful image of the first frame of the video (directly uploaded to our site through media gallery) like this:



However, when I view the video in page view, there is no thumbnail. This doesn't appear to be a problem for images, only videos. Any idea why this is happening?


I have rebuilt the thumbnails for media gallery but that didn't seem to change anything.

There are some prerequisites for video thumbnails.

You can see more information about this in the options.

Specifically, you need to have FFmpeg available on the server and provide the path to it in the options.
