Fixed Video permissions missing from media permissons

The media gallery permissions don't have:

XenForo Media Gallery Video Media Quotas

but those are there in the usergroup permissions, which I believe should duplicate all the media gallery permissions.

Ah, I see what you mean.

If you go to say

ACP > Applications > Gallery Permissions > Registered

then this doesn't show the "XenForo Media Gallery Video Media Quotas" group of the XFMG permissions that you see if you go to

ACP > Users > User Group Permissions > Registered

Exactly. And these should be consistent with each other I believe, otherwise why not just keep the media permissions out of the main usergroup permissions.
