Video Chat

As communities continue to evolve, a chat based forum is great but it'd be even better if we could tie in a video chatroom option. My community is rather large, and because of the type of community we are, we currently have scheduled zoom chats setup. It'd be really great if there were an option either made by Xenforo or a 3rd party which allowed for a seamless video chatroom. For now, zoom is working great, however it doesn't have any integration into Xenforo.

Curious if anyone has a solution, or knows of a third party tool that would allow for a tie in, or perhaps a video chat platform that works well with Xenforo.

Just curious, what kinds of features do you envision in an ideal setup?

I’m sure zoom has an API.

Pay for zoom integration.

Use zoom. You gain a free licence and set it up for small meetings to happen.

hmm.. really interesting thought.. yes, this would add significant costs, though could be an insane feature

Businesses could consider integrating 3CX and xenforo.

The 3CX video chat is free I believe.
