Fixed Very minor "..." menu issue

Just noticed a very minor issue and probably not worth spending much time on, but this happens on Safari 6.0.4 for Mac OS X 10.8.3 if you hover over the menu (the white which appears for a moment)

I can confirm this happening back in 1.1, recreated using Nodes as Tabs. I wasn't sure which CSS controls that bit so didn't bother to report.

Yeah, after I looked at the picture a bit longer, I realized.

I've made this more consistent with other popup menus' behaviors when they open, though it's not the same as the regular links that open there (only so much that can be done as they have different approaches).
