I mean...that only happens if you do not have a space in a word and that word is a ridiculous length, the longest unchallenged non technical word in English is 28 or 29 characters which will work and would display fine in that above image which itself looks to contain a 100+ character word.

That certainly doesn't mean that bug shouldn't be fixed

Not just overflow, we also must use word-wrap and max-width.

Fixed. Just needed the word-wrap restored to break (I think it had been removed related to another issue, but that is a moot point if the table-layout is fixed).
