Fixed Posting resource with a very long title skips thread creation process

• Create a resource category that has a forum associated with it in order to post resource discussions there.
• Create a resource in that category with a very long title.
• You expect to have a discussion thread for the resource but it's not created.

Example for a long title: "Just a very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very long title".

I think this Resource managed to get created without a thread. Mike therefore might be aware of this one. Either way, nicely found.

I couldn't actually reproduce this when it came up before. I think the significance is the paid/deleted template which adds extra characters. So the best thing to do is run it through the word trim functions.

There is a small side effect when it comes to title synchronization (because the resource and thread titles may not match), but unfortunately I don't see a way around that.
