Is it possible to get all members to verify their email addresses again. It's something I'd like to do every 6-12 Months on the forum.

No.
But if you want to ensure your members have up to date email addresses I would suggest implementing something like bounce processing.
Doing this will allow you to work out which users you are emailing are failing, and their user state will automatically be changed to one that is not allowed to fully use the forum until they update their email address again.
