XF 2.2 Ask members to verify email

How can I ask registered members to verify their emails?

Is there something that I can do that will get them to verify the email again? Maybe by sending a verification email or a verification code?

My board is more than 10+ years and I want to ensure the old members email ids are still valid.

I have batch updated (old) users to set a security lock to change or reset password. This needs a a valid email.

It's also good practice due to the recent spate of hacked accounts. A lot of old passwords have been compromised so it kills two birds with one stone.
