That's not part of the core software.

It must be from a customisation you have added.

I'm thinking those are custom fields. I don't see "Date Format" or "Time Format" on my site's preference pages. Also, the title case is wrong. If it were an XF feature, the F in "Format" would be lowercase. I'd say you're looking at a site that coverted from vB to XF and hasn't edited those fields yet.

These must have come over from the vbulletin conversion. I am not aware of any Xenforo add-on that would need this.

They seem like custom fields you can delete. Created in vB and brought over as a custom field.
