Fixed vBulletin importers - Forums: "Require Threads to have a Prefix" flag is not imported

Egg on my face for not noticing this yesterday during the test, but this particular flag does not appear to be imported. All of our support forums have this flag enabled, yet "require_prefix" in XF2 is 0 for every forum.
