XF 1.2 vbulletin import error

when trying to import vb database i get this error at "import custom userfields" step, how can i fix it ?

That's a fundamental field and something that we've never had a report about, so I have to presume that you have missing data in your vB install. It's probably best that you ensure that your source system is working correctly, possibly doing an upgrade on it to confirm. (It's also not a field that we can avoid reading from - it's used in a "where" clause.)
