vBulletin 3.x Redirects not working

Our vBulletin 3.x redirects aren't yet functioning... We receive HTTP 500 errors when a vBulletin link is clicked.

Our vBulletin forum was at...
forum.mydomain.com

And it's now at...
http://www.mydomain.com/forum

The 301 config file has been edited with the import log table name and the directory that XenForo is installed in.

500 ISE errors should be logged by your web server (not XF). There may be more information to help debug this in the web server error log.

Otherwise, we will need URLs.

My host said that the vBulletin page is "not showing any 500 errors, instead showing a blank page." Any what may be going on?

I can send URL's for anyone willing to help.
