XF 1.1 vBulletin 3.x Redirects Minimum Install

In May 2011 we moved from vBulletin 3 to XenForo. We then installed Kier's vBulletin Redirection script. We closed our vBulletin forum at "forum.mydomain.com" and installed our Xenforo forum at "mydomain.com/forum".

Is it safe to delete our vBulletin database and php files off the server or are they needed to keep the redirects working properly? Basically at this point, we only want to keep the minimum number of files on our server but want to keep the redirects working for the time being.

Bear in mind the if you kept the vB files around, the redirects will have overwritten some. But otherwise, the old data and files are not needed.
