XF 1.4 VB4 to XF1.4 with DBSEO and DBLikes grrrr

How can I import my DBSEO URL's structure and DBLikes? Wish I hadn't gone from VBSEO to DBSEO but I did and can't go back now. The rankings have suffered big time so I may as well pull the forum over to proper software now.
