Could you run again on the CLI with the --verbose option? Or retrieve the full error details from the server error log?

I think this might actually have been duplicated by the following report, but there is more info there so I will close this one down.

Specifically I think it relates to two user fields ending up with the same ID after being trimmed to length, and hence the same phrase name for the titles too.
