Fixed vBGallery / vBulletin Albums Import: Strings may contain HTML entities

When importing from vBGallery and vBulletin albums the importer code does not decode HTML entities that my be contained in

• vBGallery Category title
• vBGallery Category description
• vBGallery Category username
• vBulletin Album Comment username
• vBulletin Album Picture username
