XF 1.4 VB4 Import problem

Hi,

I'm new on xenforo. I migrated from vb 4.2 and import my forum.

Google listed my webpage as "http://example.com/threads/1234-topic-title" and now this page on "http://example.com/threads/topic-title.1234"

I installed redirection add-ons but not working. Please help.

I moved my old vb files from "home" directory to "home/vb"

I didn't use vbseo.

This is also not working.

RewriteRule [^/]+/([\d]+)-.+-([\d]+).html showthread.php?t=$1&page=$2 [NC,L]
RewriteRule [^/]+/([\d]+)-.+.html showthread.php?t=$1 [NC,L]

When I clicked "http://example.com/threads/1234-topic-title" it redirects main domain "http://example.com".

The URLs don't look standard, though, so I assume you must have been using the advanced URL format or similar?

In which case the correct redirect scripts and specific support should be available in this thread:

I can see that some redirects are working (e.g. an old format URL on your site does redirect to the index, at least) so it is likely something wrong with the configuration of that redirect script.

I solved this problem now. I added this line into my .htaccess

 RewriteRule ^threads/([0-9]+)-.*$ /threads/$1? [R=301,L]
