Fixed vB 3.8 code showing in text, albums

I imported the albums after the forum and quote and ampersand code shows in titles and descriptions (in some). I also tried forcing latin1.

Thank you for reporting this issue. It has now been resolved and we are aiming to include it in a future XFMG release (2.1.5).

Change log:

When importing albums and pictures from vB Albums ensure that we do not double encode HTML entities and we strip BB code.

Any changes made as a result of this issue being resolved may not be rolled out here until later.
