Implemented Variable in email users

The ability to email users that have not been active in last xx days (or since a definable date) would be welcome. I have not figured out how to easily do this.

To adapt this feature suggestion maybe a full email solution which distributes emails for certain triggers (The one you said above & among other things that the admin can add / enable).

In the ACP there are several variables that you can use (Visited Since date, member of xxx, unconfirmed, banned and not banned) but it is extremely limited. An add-on would work to notify users that have not been on in xx number of days, but since I cannot find that just having the ability to manually do it would be nice.
