V2 and custom OAuth2 integration

Hello,

is it possible to integrate a custom OAuth2 provider into XenForo 2 by an AddOn (without the need of touching the codebase of XF)?

I'm not aware of a specific case of someone doing it, but it should be possible. Our "connected account" system is built on top of a generic OAuth library which supports more services than we have providers for out of the box, so it should be extendable to additional services.
