Is xenforo can be support "vb4 utf8" db importing "+blogs"?
and xenforo is support natively and offical utf8?

xenforo uses utf8 by default.

no blog import at the moment, since there is no blog to import to

I asked because, many mounts ago I have a utf8 problem my vb4 and I need the support, I mail the support team but answer "utf8 is not a support".

' utf8 is not a support ' probably means it's not a support question. Or if you are not a license holder you cannot ask a support question, use 'bebefore you buy' instead
