Using default PHP Email Transport Method, Is it possible to hide server origin IP?

    The proper solution is to have a separate server used just for sending emails. In this way, if they attack you, they will hit the mail server. If you still want to pursue this avenue, look into header_checks.

    Why not use mandrill for mail? We use it and have no problems with the service.

    Still include your server IP on every email.
