Fixed Changing Email transport method causes to clearing all fields

I don't sure this is a bug, but it looks strange.
If we're open email transport settings and select the same transport method as selected now:

We're got a clean form:

I guess some fields should be filled when we select the currently transport method (such as host, port and username with used encryption method).
Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.2.4).
