Fixed Users without permissions can add more recipients to conversation

If a user has permission to only have one recipient in conversation, they still see the phrase You may enter multiple names here.

However they then try to post the conversation and get an error.

So presumably if they cannot send to more than one recipient, they should not get the misleading phrase implying they can.

Thank you for reporting this issue. It has now been resolved and we are aiming to include it in a future XF release (2.1.3).

Change log:

When starting a new conversation or adding users to an existing conversation, make it more clear if there are recipient limits in place.

Any changes made as a result of this issue being resolved may not be rolled out here until later.
