XF 2.2 Users with posts don't show the count after import from other Forum

Hi,

I have Users in my board who wrote something, but it shows 0 in their count.
What do I need to do in order to fix this?

User message counts are not rebuilt by any process in the core software. It would require an add-on or a one-off database query.

Goto your admin panel tools/rebuild caches/rebuild threads

I have done that first, but no success.

Check the checkbox:
Rebuild position and post counters
This will slow the process down and is only needed if posts are shown in an incorrect order or to show users when they have posted in a thread.

@Wasserlasser , there maybe some custom addon creating this problem. Are you using any custom addon which is linked to the user counts ?

@thetechguy Not to my knowledge. It was like this as soon as I moved the forum from Simple Machine. I had the problem that the search did not work but that was fixed with rebuilding. Not this count though.
Any help would be appreciated.
