XF 1.1 User's post counts are stuck..?

I am getting PM's from my members saying that their post counts aren't moving. After verifying, sure enough they are stuck at a particular number. It's not EVERYONE, just certain people. I haven't found a commonality between the members to pinpoint my problem.

Does anyone know what would cause this? Thanks.

Do you have any forums set to not count users posts made in them? That could affect the count.

Just one, and that WAS my news section.. I just removed it and it seems to be working for a couple of the guys.. I'll post back if I have any more issues. Thank you!

Most web hosts preinstall phpmyadmin for you. Phpmyadmin is a program that runs in your browser which allows you to run queries on your database.
