Users not getting registration email

My users are not getting approval emails. I have the new users set to approval and they are not showing up in the que.

I’d suggest going through the email troubleshooting guide.

Are there any entries in the XF error log?

If not, then the mails have been successfully handed off to the server.

Further investigation would need to take place in the next part of the chain - the server.
