Users being logged out

I have recently started having an issue with users being logged out of the site while using Safari on both the desktop and iPad. Could this be a template issue? I recently moved back to Flexile from the stock template.

Anything in tools that might help resolve the issue?

Are the users possibly switching between the www and non-www domain?

Are you able to confirm which domain the affected members are on?
