XF 2.1 Members Are Being Logged Out

Hello

My members are being logged out for no reason. I did not know this was happening until a member posted about it.
This is what she says.

Ok, so this is what is happening. I log in and I reply in flood control.
Then I head to New Members and when I try to welcome a new member just now it tells me I am not logged in.
