Users added manually not showing

I added users manually and they show up in admin list of users, but not in the forum under "forum members" or "forum statistics".

I changed them from "awaiting confirmation" to "valid", but they still do t show up. Also, those users didn't get an email confirmation.

What can I do so these manually added users show up? Thanks.

The data is updated periodically by a routine cron task.

The next time it runs they should show up.

Also, those users didn't get an email confirmation.

Email confirmation is not sent for manually created accounts.

How often does the cron run @Brogan ? It's been 3 days.

It's generally more of a matter of minutes. We'd probably need to see a specific example of a case where the member isn't showing up where you expect them to (the member and the location). It'd be best to do this via a ticket and provide an admin login so we can see the details in the control panel (and the forum itself).
