Usergroups

On my forum i have some usergroups.
But how i can make it easy that i can make group-leaders.
is there a add-on?

Viper please explain what you mean by group leaders?
What do you want these leaders to do? What ability or access should they have?

It sounds more like a social groups/clan type setup he is wanting. It can be done by having two user groups for each social group/clan, but could get complicated if he's not familiar with configuring Groups and permissions.
