Template color names do not parse in usergroup styling of username

This is probably an edge case, but when setting username styling as CSS for staff members (so we can highlight them in lists and widgets), it cannot adapt to light/dark schemes unless we can use the CSS color names that usually parse in the templates. In fact, some color choices we make even without advanced CSS styling don't look right if they can't adapt to light vs. dark style selections.
