XF 1.3 User Upgrades stopped working

Hi,

For quite some time we allow our members to upgrade their forum accounts and become premium users.

Via the user upgrade system each paypal payment was directly converted into an upgraded user account but since yesterday I noticed that accounts aren't automatically upgraded anymore.

What can be the reason for this?

Please look at the user upgrade log in the control panel. Does it show any errors? (Does it show any callbacks since it stopped working?)
