XF 1.0 User says there is no title box?

I have a user of my forum that says there is NO title box when he tries to create a new topic. ??

I used the test permission feature to log in as him and I had no trouble.

This is the first time anyone had this problem. Any ideas?

Have any other members complained of a similar problem?
Which browser is he using?

A missing thread title field isn't related to permissions, so using the "Test Permissions" feature won't help in this case.

No one else is having this or any problems. I'll contact him to see what browser.

Ask him to try clearing all cache, history, cookies, etc.
