XF 2.2 How to make the New Thread Message Box etc Visible Without clicking on Title Box?

How can I make the new thread Message Box etc visible without clicking on title box? So the title box, message box and post button at the top of a forum are visible by default rather than only the title box being visible

NOTE: This has now been solved by developer.
