I tried to register 1000 times on the forums, but I still keep getting this message http://prntscr.com/iwsl4g even tho, these are the settings for registration.

Try registering on a browser with cookies cleared for your site, if you still have the same issue, disable "Enable Email Confirmation" as well then try to register.

Do you have any addons installed that touch the registration process?

Also may want to try unchecking "Stop Forum Spam:"

Seems like it was a problem cause I tried to register on Incognito Chrome. Now that I tried to register on normal Google Chrome is working the email confirmation.
