XF 1.2 user promotion

i need change function of Add user to user groups:

not add to Secondary User Groups if have any group:
but change the primary user group

example:

first promotion - promotion 100 posts
change group to MEMBERGROUP1

second promotion - promotion - 400 posts change to MEMBERGROUP2
not add to secondary group MEMBERGROUP2

third promotion - promotion - 1000 posts, change to MEMBERGROUP 3
not add to secondary group MEMBERGROUP3


other thing:

I migrated to xenforo from vb with a special script for big boards
no group member was saved
members in olds special groups was moved to administrative and can not see forum
how do i change all the group to members?

The recommended method of setting up User groups in XenForo is not to change primary user groups, but add additional user groups.

The user group promotion system is built around secondary user groups.

If you need to bulk edit members, there is a bulk edit tool in the ACP under "Users".
