Would it be possible to have featured threads show up in the top of relevant searches? That way they would get even more exposure. So if I searched for "XYZ" and a featured thread matched that description it would show first.

Like:
7 days for 10$
30 days for 30$

I also want to customize the "Sticky" button from the thread. I want it to say something else, eventually put an icon in front of it so it will attract attention.

nice plugin, you can add advertise box when someone buy sticky thread, to put some banner inside post.
