XF 2.1 User not found in `xf_user`

I try to find two users in the table xf_user, I get an empty result, I use an email or login to search, I can find every user except two.
These users are registered and will be able to communicate, but they are not in the table xf_user.
This problem has appeared today.

Can you access the member accounts on the front end and in the ACP?

If you can, then they will exist in the table.

Use the user ID to locate them.

Problem is solved, my hosting has changed the server. All data was stored in the database on the new server.
