I am using User name match regular expression for not allowing number only Registration. How can make all are allowing including unicode characters UTF-8?

Something like; #^(?![\d\s\[]+)[\d\s\pL_]+?$#siu

You need the u modifier, and then match on unicode letters with \pL instead of a-zA-Z. I recommend testing with; https://www.phpliveregex.com/ or https://regex101.com/

(This forbids usernames starting with [, which make user mentions not work, and then also allows _)
