Fixed User mentions render inside custom bbcode

Consider you want to create a bbcode [myraw] which does nothing. In order to prevent simlies and nested bbcodes rendering, you check the following checkboxes in "Advanced options":



But user mentions will still work inside our custom bbcode but they should not (since we have checked "Disable auto-linking").

The problem is that the list of bbcodes in which user mentions do not render is hardcoded (XF\Str\MentionFormatter).

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.2.2).
