User Groups - Not Working - Help Please!

Hello,

So I've setup additional groups and followed this LINK:

However, my Mods/Admins cannot delete posts, sticky, etc.... all the moderating options don't appear. Anyone know what I could be doing off the top of their heads? What other information would be needed from me in order to find a solution?

Check all user groups they are members of and ensure none of the permissions are not set to Never.

Also, ensure you have explicitly made them moderators.

Adding to the moderating user group isn't the same as making someone a moderator.
