XF 1.4 User group promotions / 2 hour active limit

Hey,

is there a way to get rid of the 2 hour active limit with the user group promotion? I would like to add all users to a birthday user group who's birthday is (for example), but that doesn't work since not everyone was active in the last 2 hours.

You can run Tools -> Rebuild Caches -> Rebuild User Group Promotions to manually promote everyone who meets the criteria.

So know the next question. Is there a way to run that Rebuild automatically (and maybe only for 1 user group promotion)?
