As designed User emails use forum default style instead of user default

It is likely unexpected for users that the style used for emails is the forum default style rather than the user's default style.

This is most noticeable if the forum default is a dark style and the user's style is a light style.

We don't intend to maintain the user's style preference when it comes to email styles.

The style in use comes from the defaultEmailStyleId option.
