Lack of interest User controlling other userprofiles?

Is there any way of making one user control it's own user groups profiles?
For example a acting manager adding the latest work, change profile pictures, add material to gallery, edit profile posts, read/reply to private conversations etc. to the actors represented?
The actors manager would not be a admin on the forum or have other extended permissions, and the actors could choose what amount of control they give away or share ver their profile.
Does something like this exist? I would be very interested in such a feature!

That would require an add-on. It also seems very niche, so putting a listing in custom development board might be your best bet.

Thanks, I will have a look at the custom development.
It is quite nice, but could also be used in vey many ways...
