I searched up and down for the option to allow users to edit their own font size when viewing.. did I miss it or does this exist?

Thanks in advance.

Click on the first set of vertical dots in the icons above the editor. Then the TT symbol

Edit: sorry, that was for writing posts I see you said when viewing.

There is no option. They’d have to zoom their browser .

Thanks guys. Wonder if I can find a theme with bigger font and add it for the folks who need a little help with their sight. I imagine the zooming their browser would be annoying when looking at other things so having to go back and forth would make them mad. If I have that right.

Thanks regardless!

Maybe but they are probably used to that if (like me) they come across the issue a lot.

I would experiment by changing your style font size by 1 pixel (in admin control panel > appearance > style properties > Typography) and see if those who think they don't need help with their site complain about it being too big. I'm all for being extra accessible

You can adjust font size for any theme in your ACP >> Style properties > Typography

Wow! Thanks! Will have a look.

Looking for something like that too. Option for users to set font size. User-based, not forum-wide. I got question for that recently on my new forum from user who is 50+ age.
Just FYI, I never did find a user specific fix. I think someone could definitely make a desired add-on by allowing users to boost text size. I ended up bumping font size via the above method a couple notches and people seemed satisfied.

I've tried ChatGPT and right now I'm testing Javascript switcher, device based settings. Five steps (+/- 2 and normal). First tests looks good! I will keep you informed.
