For the user banners such as "Staff Member"? I'm aware of the user group promotions method (which is what I'm using now), but I would prefer it appear instantly instead of waiting for a cron job. P Paul B XenForo moderator Staff member May 10, 2015 #4 The Staff Member banner is only applied to those who are designed as staff via their profile in the ACP. If you don't want to use user groups then you will need to edit the template and create some custom banner HTML and CSS. Upvote 0 Downvote
