User Alerts Log Not Available

One of my user asked me how they would be able to view all their alerts. I guided them to the /account/alerts/ page. But the user reports he is unable to view older alerts, but at the same time I and another member can view our older reports.

Are there any settings or options in the ACP playing a role in this issue? Since me and a few other members can see their logs but this one certain user cannot.
